Clinical Director
Position Summary:
The Clinical Director is responsible for providing the clinical oversight of Monarch Shores’ Detoxification, Residential, and Therapeutic Programs providing oversight for overall operations under the direction of the Chief Executive Officer. The Clinical Director shall continually strengthen the organization’s infrastructure, supervise personal, and enforce State, CARF and JCAHO policies and procedures.
Behavioral Health Technician
Position Summary:
The Behavioral Health Technician is responsible for assessing client needs and monitoring behavior while at the program. Under the supervision of the Operations Manager, the Behavioral Health Technician is responsible for documenting activities of daily living, caring for clients, helping to coordinate treatment and executing daily programming. Behavioral Health Technicians also may assist counselors with crisis management, groups and education, as needed.
Licensed Vocational Nurse
Position Summary:
The Licensed Vocational Nurse is responsible to maintain the daily medical needs and medication needs of all clients in Monarch Shores. The Licensed Vocational Nurse will maintain logs, counts, and client compliance of medications and monitoring for med adjustments. Communicate with staff all aspects of client health and medications. Communicate with families and pharmacy daily as needed. Provide staff education/training on medication and logging meds.
Group Facilitator
Position Summary:
The Group Facilitator is responsible for assessing and monitoring client behavior within Monarch Shores’ Detoxification, Residential, and Therapeutic Programs. The Group Facilitator works in collaboration with the clinical team to ensure all services are being delivered to Monarch Shores’ standards, the Group Facilitator is responsible for documenting client behavior, group participation and BPS’s. The Group Facilitator will also be providing crisis management and education for the clients and family/significant others in a therapeutic milieu setting.
Therapist
Position Summary:
The Therapist is responsible for assessing and monitoring client behavior while in treatment for chemical and alcohol abuse and dependency. In collaboration with the Clinical Director, the Therapist is responsible for documenting client behavior, group participation and counseling; caring for clients, and coordinating treatment and discharge planning. Therapists will also be providing crisis management, counseling, group therapies and education for the clients and family/significant others in therapeutic milieu setting.
